From Performance Marketing Expert to AI-Driven Growth Strategist
I moved from Belgium to Cyprus, built scalable systems and helped more than 300 companies and entrepreneurs grow through performance marketing.
Now AI and automation are rewriting the rules of business, and those that do not adapt will find it difficult to compete.
My mission is to reach 100,000 companies and entrepreneurs to work smarter and help them grow by learning and implementing AI-Driven systems.

Have you ever noticed how suddenly everyone and their dog is a "business coach" or a "growth expert"? Yes, me too. They sell courses, organise webinars and preach about building a business, but their only real business is selling you that advice.
Why? Because selling dreams is much easier (and more profitable) than actually doing it. Just move to Dubai, rent a Lambo, show off some fake success and boom: you're a 'successful' business guru.
... I am absolutely not.
I don't preach "7 Figure Secrets" or promise to triple your income overnight. I perform the work, every day. I grow businesses and personal brands by generating leads, sales and traffic. I optimise sales funnels, eliminate wasteful marketing spend and help entrepreneurs stop wasting money on overpriced agencies and so-called experts who do nothing but recycle generic advice.
Let's be honest: recommending and selling courses can be a smart move. If you are completely booked up and want to scale up, it makes sense. But there is a huge difference between never having built a real business and selling a €10,000 course full of advice you can find on YouTube and Google... and actually delivering results with practical expertise.

I'm Benjamin and since 2014, I've been helping companies, freelancers and entrepreneurs start AND grow their businesses, make more money and regain freedom with practical performance marketing, strategies that deliver high conversions and, from 2024, the smart use of artificial intelligence (AI).
Meanwhile, I also delved into the world of relocation, connecting with ambitious people who want to escape high taxes and build a smarter life in a place that actually rewards ambition. Instead of just telling companies what to do, I help them build the systems that do it for them.
And here's the punchline: you don't need a big agency to get results. Agencies charge ridiculous rates and then outsource the work to people like me.
When you work directly with an experienced solopreneur, you get all the expertise. Without the overhead, inefficiency and unnecessary middlemen.
If you are looking for someone who actually does the work, understands performance marketing, AI and growing businesses...
Welcome, you've come to the right place 🙂

Actually, I don't like talking about myself that much, but apparently I have an interesting story... And some people like my 'down-to-earth' writing style.
I was born in Belgium in 1992, a country known for waffles, beer, chocolate... and taxing ambitious people and entrepreneurs to the hilt while rewarding slackers to the max, just like the Netherlands, France and Germany.
I was different. Obsessed with efficiency, digital marketing and setting up businesses that ran like well-oiled machines.
In 2014, while studying Digital Design & Development, I realised that I craved practical skills that would allow me to make money quickly, not a career ladder or a soul-crushing job. So I applied for my VAT number, started working in a garage cleaning cars, delivering vehicles for "some money.
Besides my 9-to-5 job, I offered spotty digital marketing and web development services, not because I was bad at what I did (I was a beginner!), but to build a strong portfolio and learn by doing.
While my classmates were straining for their exams, I was busy teaching myself SEO, Google Ads, affiliate marketing, dropshipping, .... Basically everything that would make me the performance marketer I am today.
I wanted to be the guy who could get companies traffic, leads and sales on demand. So I called clients, knocked on doors and even did free work, just to prove myself. Tough years, but it was worth it.
To make it official, I started in 2014 RobusMedia, because I thought I needed a "real agency name".
It turned out that people didn't care about the agency. They wanted to work with ME. So I scrapped agency branding and concentrated on building my own brand. (At least my SEO efforts were generating some work at the time).
And yes, I have had countless failed projects. Websites, ideas, businesses that went nowhere. Some were money-making projects, others just bad timing. But each of them taught me something valuable, whether it was about how not to market a product or why some ideas are just plain stupid. Learning what doesn't work is just as important as knowing what does.
The chapter where people started saying, 'brrr, you take yourself too seriously'. (To be honest, I don't)
Before I finally left my attic room, I threw myself fully into personal development. Not only was I working on my business, I was also working on myself. I read every book I could find, tested productivity tips and became obsessed with getting better at all aspects of life.
Then I launched Smartmentor.com, a platform where I shared free book summaries and knowledge, while also learning a lot myself.
Many of these projects, such as Smartmentor, book order and Christmas tree-buying, served their purpose, but took a back seat. But each experiment, success or failure, brought me closer to where I am today.
Failure is fine, as long as you never give up.
I quit my job in the garage just before COVID hit, which eventually turned out to be a blessing for me. As the world went into lockdown, I was growing tremendously.
More clients, bigger projects and the freedom to work from home without anyone wondering why I never went out. (Perfect for an introvert like me.)
A few years later, I decided to spend a little less time in 'my basement' (where I worked more than 12 hours a day, including weekends) and attended my first networking event for people in Belgium called "Sharingis Multiplying", a project I now help manage.
This was no average business card exchange party. It was a select networking group where real entrepreneurs supported each other. People who genuinely cared about each other and helped each other whenever possible.
By 2023, things were going well. But here's the catch: I was still working like a man possessed - at least 10 to 12 hours a day, including weekends, for 3 years.
Besides, the cold, grey weather and the tax I had to pay was a pretty bad deal.
And then I had my second hunch: if I wanted to remain a solopreneur and optimise my life, I had to stop ceding half my income to taxes and develop systems for greater efficiency to recoup my time.
So I did what seemed to make the most sense. I packed my bags and moved to Cyprus, where ambition is rewarded with significantly lower taxes, a much better quality of life and much more sunshine.
This is also where I started Growth-Hero, as well as Robusmedia, my digital marketing agency in Cyprus, and Cyprus-Consult, a platform to help Belgian and Dutch entrepreneurs benefit from the tax regime.
Frankly, even I am curious to see what else is to come!
Anyway, if you have read up to here - and although I don't take myself too seriously - I hope I can inspire you to follow your dreams and dare to think big.
That said, in 2025, I'm going all out.
Collaborate with sharp minds and remove people who suck away my energy. Prioritise my health. Grow businesses with AI and build systems that reclaim my time so I can live more, stress less and focus on the most important things in life.
I have passed the '12-hour workdays'. Now is the time to design a life and business around freedom - not just income - and with the rise of AI, this is the perfect time. Because when it comes time to start a family, I'm not going to trade time for money or ask someone for some free time.
So I so say, go for it! Stop reading, stop watching YouTube and stop scrolling.
Build something you are proud of and leave something beautiful behind. And don't forget to inspire others to do the same and give something back.
Besides SEO, SEA and Web Development, I sometimes get involved in other things....
